2.  What will I receive when I order a print and a frame package?
 
A custom framed picture ready to hang right out of the box.
 
3.  How will my wood frames arrive?
 
Wood frames are shipped assembled. Over 54 UI, they are shipped assembled with an additional Oversize Fee which is included in the retail pricing.  Shipping prices are calculated at checkout.
 
4.  Can I order a print only without a mat and frame?
 
Yes, during checkout you can order a print without a mat and frame so you can utilize a local framing company.
 
5.  What size prints do you offer?
 
Our standard print sizes are listed below but we can customize to meet your requirements.  Please email us at cs@terrytoolephotography.com or call us at (206) 335-7959 if you have a special requirement.

6.  Can I order a print and mat only?
 
Yes.  The print size listed above will be dry mounted with the mat on the print; the size of the print is the same as if you order a print only.  The mat will have a 3 inch border around the print; the color is white.
 
7.  Do you accept PayPal?
 
Yes, we only accept PayPal payments at this time.
 
8.  Can I ship to Canada/International/APO/FPO addresses?
 
Yes, we will ship worldwide. Canadian and International orders are shipped via UPS. Orders shipping to our military customers with APO/FPO addresses are shipped through the United States Postal Service. See Shipping page for more information.
 
9.  Do you manufacture your own moulding?
 
We purchase length moulding, many of which are custom-made to our specifications, from some of the major moulding manufactures in the world including Larson-Juhl, Nielsen and Nurre Caxton.  The bulk of our mouldings are made in the USA in places such as Indiana, Michigan, North Carolina, Tennessee and Wisconsin.  Length moulding is shipped to our facility in Ohio to assemble the final framed artwork product .
 
10.  What are your office hours?

11.  How long will my order take to arrive including processing and shipping?
 
Orders for photography prints only ship withing 2 business days.  Orders containing framing materials usually ship within 4-5 business days. If you’ve ordered a framed print, please allow 5-7 business days.
