1.  What paper do you use?

Epson Premium Luster Photographic Paper
Heavy, white photographic paper with a slight gloss.  Favored by photographers for black and white as well as color images, and artists for general purpose printing.  Engineered to give the highest resolution and color gamut of all Epson papers. Also nice for general purpose art reproduction.  Durable, photographic feel. 10 mil thickness. 

2.  What method of printing process do you use?
 
We use Epson Stylus 9800 Pro wide-format printers with the new 8-color ink technology and a variety of fine art papers designed for high quality art reproduction on a custom basis. The Stylus 9800 utilizes an intricate spray process known as “giclee” which allows for the detail of the original image to be transferred to print. The Epson UltraChrome K3 archival inks achieve superior color expression on a wide variety of media. With improved pigment density and a soft, uniform resin coating, sharp image reproduction can be accomplished, along with significant light and water resistance.
 
3.  If I order a 13 x 19 print without a frame, what kind of border size can I expect around the image?
 
We typically have a 1/2" inch border around the photograph so that the mat you utilize at your local framing retailer will have plenty of space to work with and not cover up the photograph.

4.  Can I order a print and mat only dry mounted? 
 
Yes.  The print size will be dry mounted with the mat on the print; the size of the print is the same as if you order a print only.  The mat will have a 3 inch border around the print; the mat color is white.

5.  How large do you print?
 
We can print up to 20” wide and up to 30” long on our papers.
 
6.  How quickly can I expect to receive my order?
 
Expect your order to ship within 5-7 business days generally, shipping time depends on type of print ordered and if it is custom framed. If you need an order rushed let us know and we will do our best to serve you. Keep in mind, during any peak holiday season, almost every order is a rush, so we do need to process orders on a first come, first serve basis. 
 
7.  If I order prints from you, will you frame them for me?
 
Yes. There are no additional assembly fees or framing fees when you purchase your print and have us frame it.  Your finished artwork will arrive professionally framed and ready to hang right out of the box.
 
8.  Can I order a print only without a mat and frame?
 
Yes, during checkout you can order a print without a mat and frame so you can utilize a local framing company.
 
9.  What size prints do you offer?
